Are you a skilled Quality Lab Technician looking for a reputable and quality-focused company to grow with? Look no further than Carbo Forge, Inc. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Quality Lab Technician to join our night shift team.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for performing quality control inspections, checks, and measurements during the manufacturing process using CMM and laser equipment, Brinell hardness tester, calipers, and micrometers. You will also be responsible for inspecting materials, parts, and tooling as required, recording observations, preparing and delivering data to facilitate quality assurance, and/or process improvement initiatives. You will need to be able to accurately and effectively communicate issues and follow up to ensure they are corrected.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, and 1-2 years of related experience. You should be capable of reading and correctly interpreting internal and customer supplied blueprints, with knowledge of GD&T being a plus. You should also have experience with various measurement equipment and technology, and be familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures associated with quality inspection (knowledge of SPC and forklift experience a plus).
